Dustin's passion for food started in the swaying kitchen of a Coast Guard boat. He took on the cooking duties for the crew when he was just 20 years old. After his military service, Dustin graduated with an AA of Culinary from the International Culinary School of America in San Francisco in 2013.
Since then, he has obtained experience in many restaurants with different cuisine styles and owned and operated a very busy meal prep company with his wife, Hailey, for 7 years in the Treasure Valley.
After moving into the catering space, Dustin lives for big flavor and refined menu selections that align with his customers vision for their important events. Food makes memories, and he takes that sentiment to heart.
